Shopping in the rain

Today was a day of shopping in the rain (which, admittedly, you might have been able to guess from the title). I went to the gym in the morning, and then to the flea market- known as Barras Market- with a bunch people. It was a tiny bit sketch but lots of interesting stuff there. I ended up getting a pretty cheap but cute jacket and a really old framed copy of the Desiderata.

Then we walked into the city centre, and shopped some more. I finally found comfy and good quality boots! Naturally we walked by two huge boot stores immediately afterwards, but that's life.

Stopped at a cafe and got really wonderful coffee. Hazelnut Latte. Mmmhh. By that point it was 5:30 or so, so we hopped on a bus and came home. Lots of pics from today, here we go!

"The Barras"
I got chastised for taking a picture without buying anything right after this. Not cool.

But naturally, that didn't stop me from taking this picture.

The unicorn is the symbol for Scotland.

Gallant, no? (That was me trying to sound Scottish).

Karin and Valerie and Ian and Camila and Peter.

Factoid: Scottish people eat Apple-rice yogurt, and it's delicious.

Pooh quote: "While you wonder what to do, sit down and sing a song."

Much love,
Erin
